Bear Bones Lay LowFor over a decade, the Venezuelan now long-time based in Belgium, has been creating psychedelic electronic sound by juxtaposing digital and analog sources. Using repetitive melodies and rhythms combined with dissonant sounds, BBLL wishes to induce a multilayered trance that allows solemn listening as well as ecstatic dancing in a mental space where the archaic meets the futuristic, where the earthly meets the cosmic. His live performances have attracted many music fans from different horizons, allowing him to play in varied contexts ranging from strictly experimental music festivals like Échos in the valleys of Le Saix, to open-minded night-clubs such as Salon des Amateurs in Düsseldorf or Contact Club in Tokyo and everything in between. As an active musician in Belgium’s experimental underground he has also been part of numerous free music outfits including the late Silvester Anfang/Sylvester Anfang II and is currently active with the electronic duo Tav Exotic amongst other projects. With releases on different labels such as Kraak, Ekster, Lullabies for Insomniacs and BAKK to mention only a few, his most recent material has been released on the Rush Hour affiliated No Label series.

Occupied HeadDieter Mauson nasceu em Leer, no noroeste da Alemanha, perto da fronteira com a Holanda.
Em 1982, começou a tocar baixo em várias bandas de punk e no-wave. Em 1986, cria a banda Nostalgie Éternelle (post-punk, minimal electronica, electropunk e new wave). Em 1989, depois de se mudar para Main, Dieter funda as duplas Delta-Sleep-Inducing Peptide e Opfer der Hingabe com outros dois amigos. Os três projetos contam com edições em cassete, vinil e CD. Em 1991 inicia o seu projeto a solo, Majestic Twelve.
20 anos depois, Dieter surge com o seu novo projeto a solo sob o nome Occupied Head.
Correu salas de espetáculos, clubes e festivais na Alemanha, Holanda, Bélgica, Suíça, França, Espanha, Lituânia, Chile, Peru, Portugal, Grécia, Itália e Áustria.
Em 2016, inicia a colaboração com Cristóbal Rawlins (Raw C), de Santiago do Chile, e criam o projeto 7697 Milhas.
Occupied Head conta com as mais recentes colobarações com Melophobia da Grécia, o duo O.D.I. de Montserrat, Low Rhan do Brasil (The Pulse), Non Toxique Lost de Berlim, Boban Ristevski da Macedónia do Norte e Winfried Hanrath de Wuppertal (Die Abbilder).

Music of indecisive ways, silent writing, white pictures, noise and songs. Loup Uberto founds the Bégayer trio with Alexis Vinéïs and Lucas Ravinale, explores the traditional melodies of northern Italy, records intriguing sound documents – Cuban « raw » music, Eastern European travel diaries, Kurdish songs from Syria -, initiates gestures for French “chanson” with Le Saule record label, questions the gaze and its fiction, the rough edges of language, documents exile and wandering through sound testimonies, writings and photographs.

António Baião (1989), é Professor Auxiliar Convidado na Universidade do Minho, onde lecciona Filosofia Política, História das Ideias Políticas e Sociais e Filosofia Moderna. É doutorado em Filosofia pela Universidade do Minho, mestre em Filosofia e licenciado em Ciência Política e Relações Internacionais pela Universidade Nova de Lisboa. A sua investigação actual é dedicada ao cruzamento entre a analítica do poder foucauldiana e os discursos anarquistas. Colabora com as editoras Chili Com Carne, A Batalha, Letra Livre e Falas Afrikanas. É co-editor do Bestiário.
